With in-depth knowledge of land documentation for over 20 years, he has consolidated and converted free hold lands for many companies. Today, he has strategic land parcels in Bangalore, Chennai and Thiruvananthapuram. Widely travelled, he is the guiding force for the group companies. Naga is a patron of various social causes and is deeply involved in the conservation of Indian Classical Music.

A graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Nandan has an advanced degree in Information Systems. Over the last 30 years, he has gained extensive global knowledge in various industries and created a vast network from Australia to the Americas. He is currently serving on the board of various companies and plays a key role in strategy and growth.

An M.S. Mechanical Engineer from City University of New York, USA. Madadi Ramakrishna Reddy brings a wealth of overseas experience in project management, design and execution. In his career spanning over 20 years, he has held director level positions and served as advisor in leading companies across Europe, USA and the Far East.

Jayanth, an Instrumentation technology engineer graduated from Bangalore University. Initial 9 years, he worked with leading research institutions NAL (Advanced Technology Group) and Critical Technologies working on development of algorithms and programs for mathematical models. He moved to AOL in the year 2002, where he quickly moved up the roles from an executive to the role of a mentor. He was part of the core team of the six sigma team in implementing the processes to increase efficiency in operations.

Jayanth joined Indium Group in 2012. He has been instrumental in building the marketing and sales vertical and land development team. He launched Indium Lake Forest, the largest Integrated Township on Mysore road in 2014. He is the lead member of the core team now working on Indium-Housing for All (IHFA) Mission. Passionate about sustainability, he has a vision to build sustainable communities. He looks at every opportunity to incorporate green technology in Indium`s development initiatives.
